Accountability & Safety

Black Body Productions’ running definition of accountability is: apologizing and/or changing actions out of self-love and self-compassion in alignment with self-understanding, self-responding, and self-awareness, regardless of the potential for repair or contact.

If you wish to join virtual and in-person Black Body Productions spaces and you have harmed Imani, been harmed by Imani, or been trauma-bonded with Imani in the past, please press the “Contact” button at the bottom of the page titled “imani noel.” to schedule a free meeting with Imani. The hope is that repair is possible if it is mutually desired.

Steps for this process

  • Email Imani

  • Complete Google Form & Receive Imani’s Google Form that answers the same questions

  • Free Zoom call with Imani to discuss next steps, grounded in Focalizing’s 7 Conditions for Safety & Clarity for Both Parties

    • Before the Call, You Will Receive the Following Via Email:

      • Transparency about Focalizing’s 7 Conditions and their role in the potential repair process

        • Note: This will ensure you come in with as much preparation and knowledge as Imani as possible.

      • Participation Agreement & Release of Liability Form

  • Information about a potential meeting with a third-party (e.g., somatic practitioner, mediator, or licensed social worker).

    • Note: The cost of involving a third-party will be split between Black Body Productions and the party seeking repair. This mutual investment reflects a shared commitment to the process.

Access to Black Body Productions spaces does not mean re‑entry into Imani’s personal or professional life unless desired by both Imani and the party seeking entry into these spaces.

As of now, this will take effect in 2029.
